Our community has a highly maintained, signature aesthetic, one that makes Kings Mill a unique and beautiful place to call home. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions was established to foster harmony, preserve our aesthetic, and protect our property values. Before making any modification to the exterior of your home, you must obtain approval in writing from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please provide the ACC with as much information as possible. The Committee has the right to reject an application for lack of complete information. The Committee may also request additional information. If you make a submission and later deviate from the details/plan submitted, you must resubmit your application or the ACC's approval can be withdrawn. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for the ACC to properly evaluate your submission and do not commence construction without receiving your approval in writing.
